Tips for a flawless Virginia Wine Tour:
-Book your wine tour transportation as soon as possible. Generally, we sell out Saturdays up to 3-4 weeks ahead of time during Spring, Summer, Fall and 1-2 weeks ahead of time in Winter.
-You can book your transportation without knowing exactly which wineries you'll be visiting. We can always update your itinerary later.
-After narrowing down your itinerary, call each winery to make sure they can accommodate your group around the time you'd like to arrive. Call the winery and make a reservation for your tasting, and make a note of who you spoke with.
Individual winery policies vary widely and change often. Wineries may require that tasting fees for large groups be paid in advance.

On average a 5 hour wine tour will visit 1 to 2 wineries. A 6 hour wine tour will visit 2 to 3 wineries. The number of wineries visited is determined by many factors, including the distance from the first pickup location to the first winery, and the final winery to the final drop-off location. You may determine that you would like to spend more time in a particular winery, or less in another. Your chauffeur will not rush you through your trip in order to accomplish all winery visits that appear on the itinerary. Keep an eye on the clock and don't spend too much time at one location to ensure you visit all of the wineries on your itinerary. We can plan to visit as many wineries as you would like, but we cannot guarantee that you will have the time to visit all of them. In many instances, a group will find a winery which they particularly enjoy and that may decrease the amount of time available to visit one or more additional wineries. Please note, that overtime may not be available and you should book as much time you believe you will need plus a buffer. If you believe you will need the 4 hour package, please consider booking the 5 hour package since time seems to fly on wine tours and we want to be sure you have plenty of time to complete your tour.
